Collection & Delivery

Whilst collection from our Wistaston Road premises is preferred, we are happy to arrange postage and delivery for the majority of lots. Where an item is unsuitable for shipping, this will be clearly stated in the lot description as “collection only”.

Arranging Shipping

Please contact us on the Monday following the auction, at which point we will calculate postage, packing time, and associated costs. For larger items, we recommend contacting us prior to bidding so that we can provide you with an accurate delivery quote in advance.

Tracking & Liability

All posted items are dispatched with full tracking and require a signature upon delivery, ensuring peace of mind throughout the process. Please note that once an item has been dispatched, liability transfers to the buyer and we are unable to accept responsibility for items in transit.

Collection

Items are available for collection seven days a week during our opening hours. All purchases must be collected within five days of the auction, unless alternative arrangements have been made with our team.
